Identity Verification
Online fraud/scam, credit card theft and unauthorized access to payment accounts for (eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, Prabhu Pay, etc) is common nowadays due users’ lack of security sense. Documents is one effective way to identify and verify the payment is made by the user. This act as a protection for the user as well as NepCent. User is required to provide documents if your payment is flagged by our fraud detection system. Failure to adhere to this requirement will result in NepCent rejecting the payment made and the payment will be refunded within 3 – 5 business days.

- Front and Back of National ID (Nagrita) / Driving License / Identity Card / Passport
2. A selfie of your face holding Identity Card / Passport / Driving License clearly showing your name and address and a hand post of “OK” like shown in the image below. We will also need a note written on the website link and date of verification. For security purposes, it is preferred for you to include a watermark, “NepCent Verification Purposes Only”
